Do I need to spend money to be a Cogster? Are transactions on Cogster secure?
Registration is completely free. And, you will get access to exclusive deals just for signing up! If you decide to join a Loyalty Campaign, you can make your purchase by credit card through our secure payment system.
What do I get for joining a Loyalty Campaign?
Each Loyalty Campaign offers its own rewards package, which you will instantly qualify for. You will be able to print out the first rewards certificate and redeem it that same day, if you wish.
What if the company in which I make a purchase goes out of business?
At this time, Cogster cannot guarantee purchases made at merchants that go out of business, or redeem any rewards that a merchant cannot honor.
How many loyalty campaigns can I join?
You can support as many businesses and community groups as you wish. There are no limits.
Can I make a Cogster purchase on behalf of someone else? As a gift?
Absolutely! Cogster Dividend Rewards make great gifts for any occasion. Information about how to make a gift transfer can be found under My Account when you are logged in. Or, drop us a note and we can help you out!
How will I keep track of everything?
Cogster manages your account for you. At anytime, you can click on "My Account" to check up on your Cogster activity. Here you will find recent activity for the businesses you follow, your rewards status, point totals, and other helpful information.
How do I actually redeem my rewards?
Simply navigate to your "My Account" page and click "Print Certificate" to print your Rewards Certificate. Then simply present your certificate, like a coupon, to the business when shopping to redeem.
Do rewards roll over if I don't use them in the period I receive them?
No, rewards are available on an fixed basis (monthly) and are only good for each period. This makes it possible for businesses to correctly manage their outstanding rewards. The monthly expiration date for your rewards is determined by your date of purchase.
Will my rewards be restricted in any way?
No. Your rewards will be treated as cash by the business or group you supported. They can be used for any item or service, regardless of sale price, current specials or promotions. No blackout dates.
